Our ride starts at Togetsu Bashi Bridge and head north up to Atago Nembutsu temple (21:49), then goes towards north Saga area where you can see a beautiful rural landscape (after 35:34). After a short rest by Hirosawa lake (49:23), we come back to Arashiyama area and this journey ends at the famous bamboo forest path (1:02:20). Although the bike itself does not appear in the footage, we ride on Brompton a British made folding bike.

嵐山、嵯峨野、竹林の小径などは狭い道が多いので、自転車がいいですね!楽しませて頂きました(^^♪

保守的な人間の考えなのですが、地元の方は
普段から日本人観光客を大事にしなければと
意識する今日この頃なのではないでしょうか。
以前の箱根を思い出します。
一人の日本人として自画自賛するのは嫌ですが、
京都の魅力は絶大ですね。竹林、大変美しいです。
前に言われていた千代の古道を含むルートですね。僕はこの4日前に千代の古道を歩きました。他も歩いた所が多いので、より楽しめました。
歩き撮りより、自転車の速さの方がもどかしくなくて良いですね。僕はこの方が好きです。
