【納車】借金地獄に経営難、苦難の末の新車購入。初遠出は世界遺産ホイアンへ。ベトナムの特殊な車事情…

[Music] Hello, this is Chika. This is sudden, but I finally bought a new car in Vietnam. Yes, as you can see, it’s not a motorcycle, it’s a car. Yesterday, I went to the office to pick up my car and took a long drive to Dana. It was a car. It’s been a long time since I’ve been driving , so I’m pretty tired, but I decided to go to the bookstore, so I just arrived at the bookstore, so I’m going to take pictures of the bookstore while I’m driving, but this time it’s the perfect opportunity. I would like to talk about the car situation in Vietnam as well.Let ‘s go.First of all, the car I bought this time was about 5 million yen as a lump sum payment. If you think about it in Japan, I think I bought a pretty good car. You might think that, but unfortunately cars in Vietnam are more expensive than in Japan, so it’s completely normal.I can’t help it if I’m in the picture, so I’m going to face the camera.Yes, Amba Beach is a famous beach in Hoi An. I’m talking about cars being expensive in Vietnam, but in 2017, the first Vietnamese car, Vinhst , entered the market, right? I thought it would be cheap at first, too. However, if you ask me if it’s cheaper than foreign brands, that’s not the case at all, it ‘s actually more expensive.I’ll edit some of the car sales prices in Vietnam later, so let’s take a look at the reality. Then why the world? The reason why car sales prices are higher than in other countries in Vietnam, which can be said to be relatively cheap , is because of taxes and fees.According to legal provisions, cars are subject to import taxes, special consumption taxes, and value-added taxes . In addition to various taxes, there are various other costs such as investment fees, road maintenance costs, number plate registration, and self-insurance fees. However, in January 2018, tariffs on imported cars from ASEAN were introduced. With the abolition of this, it has become possible to purchase a new car at a much more reasonable price, which used to be more than twice that in Japan. This time, I bought a car from a major Vietnamese distributor called Taco Auto. The Taco was Matsuda. The company is part of the Vietnam Automobile Industry , which owns various international brands such as BMWkia and produces, assembles, repairs and sells a wide variety of vehicles. As for my car, I won’t disclose the details for security reasons. However, in terms of brand, I chose Kia’s. I’m prepared for it to probably be criticized again, but the types of cars sold in Vietnam are extremely limited. For now , I think it ‘s probably Toyota, but if you live in Vietnam, it might be a little different, but I think you’ll be able to tell by looking at the sales share. In Vietnam, Japanese companies currently have a share. It is said to be around 50%, but it has changed significantly over the past 15 years.Vietnam is said to have the fastest rate of increase in car ownership in the world, and I feel that the number of cars has actually increased significantly, but the number of foreigners is increasing significantly. I think the number of people who purchase a car in their name is still small.First of all, when purchasing a new car, foreigners need a temporary residence permit or visa with a validity period of one year or more. There are various documents that need to be completed . If you leave it to the dealership, they will take care of that for you. This is just my case, but the process when purchasing a new car is to first go to a car dealership and find the car you like, which costs about 60,000 yen. Once you pay the reservation deposit, they will draw up a contract for you, and once you have permission to produce at the factory, you can complete the process by remitting 10% of the purchase price as a deposit. It depends on the model and color of the car, but it is popular in the sales region. If the car is a popular color , it usually takes about 2 weeks for delivery. This time , the car arrived at the dealership 16 days later, 5 days earlier than the scheduled delivery date.If you pay the remaining 90% after the car arrives, it will be transferred to the local transportation company. I was instructed by the police to register and issue a license plate, so I went to the traffic police station with the car I purchased and the staff from the dealership. Unfortunately , it takes a long time to issue a license plate for a foreigner. In that case, I had to wait for about a month. However, once the license plate registration was completed, a separate driver ‘s permit was issued, so even if I drove without a license plate, as long as I showed the driver’s permit, there would be no problem. As soon as you register the plate, the car is actually delivered. If you are Vietnamese, license plates will be issued on the spot, so if you have a Vietnamese spouse and you don’t care about the name, it would be easier to ask. On the day of delivery, I had to pay about 580,000 yen ( about 5,600 yen) for 5 seats of compulsory citizen liability insurance. After that, I received the issued license plate and went to a motorcycle repair shop and paid 100,000 yen. I paid for it, had it installed in my car, and all the procedures were completed.By the way, I heard that the sales agent will provide support for Ron if necessary, so it doesn’t seem like foreigners can’t install Ron, but I wonder if it’s actually possible. I felt like I wouldn’t know until I applied. However, in Vietnam, it is said that 34% of car buyers use the car, but from my experience it is even less, so I think it is better to consider buying in bulk as the basis. Also, when it comes to used cars, Compared to Japan, prices are low and people who don’t know anything about cars are advised not to try it all year round as it’s risky.I’d like to take pictures of Hoiya’s main old town, but the roads are too narrow for cars . Because it’s inconvenient, there are some places that are turned into walking streets, so I go to a place where I can park my car. There are a lot of things like this that are different from Japan, but there’s one other thing that I thought was different. Customization when purchasing a new car [Music] So in Vietnam, when purchasing a new car, there is no detailed customization like in Japan, and basically items are sold as packages divided into 34 categories. In the case of the Kia I purchased. How are you feeling right now? Are you nervous? Are you nervous? Is it a stressful summer? Automatic cars are broadly divided into three types: manual cars and automatic cars. Automatic cars are divided into three types: deluxe luxury premium. The price of the three types seems to vary depending on the size of the car navigation system, smart key, etc., safety aspects such as the number of airbags, the interior such as the leather of the seats, the interior sunroof, the glass roof, and the exterior. In the case of , each stage costs 30 million yen, so there was a price difference of about 180,000 yen in Japanese yen.Well, even if there are various things, it is still difficult to ride a motorcycle on a hot day like this, or a rainy day, or a day with a lot of luggage. So, it would be a good idea to have any kind of car. However, in Vietnam, like in this area, the roads are narrow and there are many small paths, and there are no parking lots. For everyday use other than long-distance travel, I think a motorcycle is better. I feel that way, but I feel like I want to get out of the car and take pictures while walking. [Music] I thought it was going to be really hot, so I went to a cafe and fell asleep from the driving diagram from yesterday. It got a little cooler in the evening, so I guess it was just right. From now on, I’m going to walk towards Nihonbashi, which is one of the symbols of Houya, and it’s just at the end of a street called Funkin. Right in front of me is a very famous place called Bai Mi Hung, which has over 10,000 reviews. As expected, there’s a long line.I’ve been here many times, so I won’t be going there today , but with some information, I decided to check out the camera shop next door. They are baking banh mi hoon bread here , but I was able to buy the bread -less buns for 4,000 bowls each.Luckily, it was freshly baked, so I took a bite. I’d like to try it. Hoya’s Bai Me looks like this, it has a pointed tip, which is a bit unique. I’ll have it . It’s quite thick on the inside and fluffy on the outside. The name Bae is one of the specialty dishes at this store. Of course, you can find bami all over Vietnam , but each region has different styles, and personally, I recommend the Hoiya style. This bami bread itself is delicious, and the ingredients inside are also unique, making it easy for foreigners to eat. I think there are a lot of people who say they like Hoya style the most.In the evening, even though it’s a weekday, there are a lot of people who look like tourists. The last time I stayed there for a long time, it was due to the coronavirus. None of the stores around here were empty, but they were all open. I never get tired of it. They’re having happy hour. I want to go there, but since I’m driving today, the number of souvenir shops has increased. Or should I say they’ve made a comeback? There’s a Ho Market in the back. Let’s take a quick look. This is the Hoi market. It’s lively. It’s already around 5 o’clock, but it seems like it’s still open. However, since it ‘s a market, many places are closed, so if you want to come, I think it’s better to come in the morning. It’s evening and the atmosphere is a bit different from the morning. There are souvenir shops all over.I’ll see more about this later, but I haven’t eaten anything yet today, so I ‘m hungry.I just bit into Bami and I’m even more hungry. Now that I’m free, I’d like to go eat. It’s cute. I keep saying I’ll see it later, but then I stop. As always, there are no price tags for this kind of thing. It’s so troublesome. I have to figure out how much I want each time. There’s already a night market. There are a lot of food stalls lined up, and souvenir shops just keep coming. As you pass through here, you can see the Dobon River.Hmm, it’s nice.It feels like this was once a trading school. It is said that there used to be Japanese people living in the hut during the time of main line trade. It is said that more than 1,000 Japanese people lived in the town at its peak in the 16th century , but it is hard to believe that there were still people living there. Of course, there don’t seem to be more than 1,000 tourists per day.The atmosphere around here is really nice, but the number of tourists is huge. The number of boats is amazing. There are many Dohana boats decorated with lanterns and windmills. There’s a long line of people.I wonder if it’ll be full if it’s a Saturday or Sunday. There aren’t too many. It’s great. It’s amazing how the boats are inviting people. When the sun comes out, the lanterns look great. Now, it’s dinner time, so before the number of customers increases, we go to the restaurant. Let’s take a look. There are some famous Hoya dishes, but if I had to think of something special that you can’t eat in other cities, I think it would be Kara.I don’t usually eat Caola either, so today I want to try Caola. So I went to this restaurant in Hoi Market. The Noodle House has a nice atmosphere. Let’s go to the terrace seats. [Music] Well, I’m thirsty, so I’ll have a drink. I drive my car. I have to buy some beer today, and drinking and driving is dangerous, so I came here quickly.719,000 caola and 29,000 dollars of tonic water. Cheers [Music] It’s delicious and feels great. Along the river. Let’s have some caola. It ‘s huge and has a lot of meat in it. It’s about twice the price at a local restaurant, but it’s probably twice as much. The ingredients are caola noodles, chashu, lettuce, and bean sprouts . Contains herbs and fried rice crackers. For now, let’s start with the noodles. It’s been a long time since I’ve had such delicious khaola.Personally , I think it’s better to eat it at a fancy restaurant like this than at a local restaurant. It’s pretty average. It’s better to eat at a specialty restaurant like Ha4 or Bunbo or anything else , but the caola is smoother and more chewy at a restaurant like this than at a local restaurant. At a local Kara restaurant, it’s quite bobo . Well, maybe it’s a bad idea to make it smooth and chewy, but it is said that Kaola itself has its roots in Ise udon.During the days of main-line trade, a fake merchant called Mr. Soka-san created Ise udon. I don’t know what it is actually like, but they do have udonpoku.I’m going to go to Chashu. It’s delicious. The taste of the caola is steeped in flavor, and the sweet and spicy sauce is similar to sukiyaki, with a hint of Chinese flavor. It has a strong aroma of spices, so in terms of taste, it’s Japanese-like, but it also has a Chinese-like feel to it.The seasoning of the chashu and sauce is Chinese-like, so the Chinese thought of it. There is also a theory that it is a fried food. And this time it looks like fried sebe , but I think most local stores have fried caola.I wonder if this is also caola. It looks like fried sebe.Yeah, it’s really caola. Some restaurants are far from udon, so it’s true that it has its roots in Italian udon, but the one here is just like udon. Most of the time, if you order caola at a local restaurant, the portion is small. I feel like just one dish is not enough, so if other menu items are the same price, I end up ordering it, so I rarely have the chance to eat challah, but I don’t know if the locals think the same way or if they just don’t like the taste of challah in the first place. However, I get the impression that people don’t eat it that much.If you walk around the absorption town around here, there are many restaurants that serve kao, but even in Annai, there are surprisingly few in the local area. It’s just a menu that is popular with tourists. Maybe that ‘s why it’s hard to eat Kara in other cities in Vietnam. The taste is more like sweet abura soba than delicious udon. This place is along the river and has a great view. It’s nice and pleasant to be able to eat while having fun, but the engine noise is so loud that it’s a bit unsettling.I had the music playing as well, but I made the mistake of going to the wrong restaurant. This restaurant used to be called Nenita, so they just moved . I thought so, but it seems like there are two stores, and the menus are slightly different. The reason I chose this store is because they have an alternative dish, so I thought I’d like to introduce it to them, but it seems like they don’t have it at this store. After this, I’ll go to the other one nearby on the ladder and introduce it to you.I haven’t had it yet, so I’d like to try it . I’m going to go to the karaoke bar in Sadeda. It ‘s already past 6:30, but the bookstore market still has many stores with plenty of empty stores, including the front goods section. The business hours are long.I’m sightseeing, but I live in the countryside. There are a lot of inconvenient parts , but seeing this kind of scenery makes tourists want to come back again. From here onwards , we pass through Chaff Street, which is now Walking Street. I look around and head to the next store. There are a lot of tailors around here.If you have a little extra time, I think it would be a good idea to try making a suit, dress, or something in blue. But it’s cheaper in the bookstore market. I think you can make one.It ‘s beautiful, but it seems expensive. As you can see, it’s expensive. It’s a weekday, so there are quite a few tourists, but it’s not that crowded, so it’s easy to walk around.I feel like I can walk around while taking photos. This is the Fujian Hall. There are many Chinese halls like this . There are several built around here that look like meeting places for border people. Yes, there are not many Japanese people. A while ago, I talked to an old man who does business in the old town around here, and it seems that until about 10 years ago, only Japanese people were able to do business with Japanese customers and make money. So, the old man also had business in this area at that time. That’s right, but everyone said they were able to speak Japanese.I was surprised to find out that the people were really good at Japanese, and when I asked them about it, they said something like that.It seems that there were a lot of Japanese people there. It ‘s still quiet when it’s this crowded. It’s nice to be able to take a pleasant walk at night while enjoying this fantastical atmosphere.Fudong is full of tailors and souvenir shops, and there are a few cafes and restaurants . I’m sure there will be a second one around here . There are a lot of stylish places with nice views around here, but if I start doing that, it’ll be a mess, so I’d like to make a video introducing all the restaurants someday. Yes, yes, let’s go. This is The Noodle House Signature . Just a little bit properly I ordered it without checking it, but it looks like I’m eating Ginovage sauce casta, but it’s a strange feeling that it’s different and it’s not good, but it matches well. The ingredients are chicken and onions. Is that chicken? I chose seafood. It ‘s really creamy. Vietnam is quite creamy. I often fail at it, but I don’t have any strange tastes . The chicken is delicious with breast meat. As I said earlier, there aren’t many places in the country where you can eat it. However, in places such as Chi Minh and Hanoi, there are some restaurants that occasionally serve ca la, but I don’t think there are any such unusual varieties. There are several restaurants catering to tourists that serve stir-fried caola like yakisoba. It’s like an arranged menu.I didn’t explain much about this restaurant earlier, but the restaurant I mentioned earlier has the same concept. It’s a restaurant where you can eat a variety of Vietnamese noodle dishes, so you can’t eat all the famous noodles from each region, but they have a variety of menus, and they have written explanations about the noodle dishes on the menu and on this wall. It’s like you can eat while learning about Vietnamese noodle dishes. However , as I said earlier , if you don’t eat noodle dishes at a specialty restaurant, they tend to taste a bit like instant noodles. There are a lot of them, so basically I think it’s better to eat at a specialty restaurant. There are some people who think it’s better to stick to the famous caola or meek at this restaurant. If you eat at a restaurant like this , it really tastes just like the product. It’s the same thing at hotels.By the way, the most delicious food is probably the silent one, and the one that is dried five times. It’s not a delicious specialty store, but I think they did a good job of making the soup stock.Other than that, I use the good stuff for things like green meat because it’s a hotel , but I don’t like the soup, which is powdered. It doesn’t feel bad since it feels like a tatami mat , but if you’re looking for something more serious, I think a hotel with 5 or more silent ones would be a good idea. Moreover, most places where a silent ta is good are mostly massages. You can use the service. I think it’s for men. [Music] But it’s my second glass of challah, and it feels like I’m hopping, but it’s like I’m eating a completely different dish. The previous one was Japanese or Chinese. It was like an Asian test, but it’s going to be all at once. The store I mentioned earlier had a good view along the river, but this one might have a better atmosphere. There ‘s no sound of the boat’s engine, and the music plays nice. While looking at the fantastic atmosphere of this lantern in the old town, this special menu is only available here, so if you’re going to go, this one seems better. This one is more so than the previous one, but the creamy sauce makes it more filling. The original challah tasted a bit like oil soba, and this one is also creamy, so I’m craving something more like a refreshing dessert next time.By the way, this street is a walking street, but you can use bicycles, so you can rent bicycles at the hotel. There are a lot of bookstores here, and they rent out bicycles at the entrance, so you can easily get there by car, so it might be convenient. You can’t even use a bike here, but it’s really out of business. I definitely can’t use it.The roads are really narrow in the places I can pass, so I can’t move at all, and if it’s on Saturdays and Sundays when there are a lot of buses, it’s even worse.Vietnam is not the only place here, there are many narrow roads and it’s not suitable for cars. I feel like it’s a bit of a manufacturing thing, but due to the popularity of these cars, a really big one called the Ranger with the hood is in first place. That ‘s a cat. It’s big and looks expensive, but actually, surprisingly, I bought it. Just like that , a Vietnamese bike is a must, so if it’s that type, I’ll pack it in the back, and I’ll carry everything myself, so when I move, I can carry a lot of things, and worst of all, I can carry a lot of people, so I can carry a lot of things. I think it’s very popular, and that’s just as popular as the Mitsubishi Xpander.I’ve been seeing it a lot lately. To be honest, I was a little worried about this too.I thought I’d buy it because I ride it a lot and it seems like it’s cheap. I thought about it, but I had a strong image of being a company employee or a taxi grab, so I didn’t like it because it felt like I was riding in a taxi, so I decided against it, but I think it’s pretty good if you go for the cost performance. It was a delicious meal that filled my stomach. Thank you for the meal.I received such a cute original key chain at this store.I don’t know if I get it all the time, but I’m so happy that I did it, so I’m walking towards Nihonbashi again.By the way, Nihonbashi is currently under construction. I went to see what was going on, and as expected, all the restaurants had a great atmosphere. With such a great atmosphere, you’d think it’d be okay even if the food wasn’t good.Ro -ro, so cute.Everyone is always taking pictures. There’s always one person there. Why don’t I have any photos taken in the old town? This is the very famous store Morning Glory. It’s cute. It’s soothing. As I get closer to Nihonbashi, it gets lively. It seems like there’s an event going on. It’s a mystery. There’s a live show going on. It’s not a live performance, it’s more like a ritual, or a tournament. As expected, it’s a world heritage site, so I can’t really watch it at this leisure, so weekdays are the best. This is Nihonbashi , and around here too. The floating area will be flooded, so you’ll have to come and ventilate it.The old town will be flooded if you think it’s really raining, so be careful.Use this as a landmark to park the building.I wonder how far it’s progressed. This Nihonbashi bridge is said to have been built by the Japanese, but I’m sure Japanese people were also helping out as volunteers. It ‘s now a construction site like this. There’s no sign of it at all. How will it look like? It would be hilarious if it turned out to be a completely different bridge, but I’m looking forward to it. It’s done. You can see it from here. It looks like this now. It doesn’t seem like it’s progressed at all yet. And this is a mart. It looks like there’s only a convenience store. I thought it was expensive, like Can Cola, which costs 15,000 dollars. I don’t really care about that.Let’s buy it.It’s like this. You can’t cross the bridge itself, but it seems like you can pass through it normally.Back in the day, Juice like this at Houya was more expensive. No matter where you go. It was definitely worth 20,000 dollars.Even in the local area, there were no large supermarkets such as Ummart, so everyone said there was no use selling it at a high price and bought it.So in that sense, prices were surprisingly high compared to Vietnam. I’m not saying it’s not going up, but the number of tourist spots is increasing. If it’s expensive, someone else will make it cheaper, and then it will become cheaper. This is an heirloom of Japanese culture, so let’s take a look at it.There are Japanese towns here and there. I wonder if there are some shadows left in Japan. It’s like a festival. When I see this kind of scenery in the summer, I get a little excited. As a Japanese person , I feel like there was a non-Japanese people in the past, so I often get a feeling of Japan. It looks like this, so when Japanese people come, it might make them happy. There are a lot of Japanese people who like Hoiya. The lanterns are beautiful. This place seems to be a great photo spot.I also take a lot of pictures. There’s no one to take this, so this is fine. Well, there’s a night market over there, so let’s take a quick look. There’s an I Love bill that Uda made. It’s been around for a long time, so it’s cute. It’s getting harder to move. Yes, I have to go home. Yes, yes, yes, yes, yes, I ‘m going to cross the bridge. It’s a photo spot, so it’s very crowded on weekdays, so it’s quite crowded on Saturdays and Sundays. This is a standard photo spot. It’s beautiful. Once you cross safely, it looks pretty haha. It’s more glaring than fantastic. It was quieter over there, but which one do you prefer? I think it would be best to mainly walk around the one with the atmosphere you like. There may be more restaurants than souvenir shops here. So, from here onwards, there is a night market. There are a lot of people and it’s a mess, so I just walk through it. Isn’t this a picture you often see? I want everyone to take a picture in front of a lantern shop like this. I ‘m taking photos of this myself , but it seems like it costs 10,000 yen to rent this place. I wonder if there are a lot of edible vegetables in the vegetables you see here? It’s popular here. Wow, they sell some incredible things. They have amazing shapes. It’s a bit obscene, but the things they sell are the same as the ones I saw at the bookstore market earlier. The same souvenirs are being sold to Korean people, listening to music and talking to them in Japanese, but there are almost no Japanese people there, and most of them are Korean people. Well , it has expanded to the back. I went there before when it was revived, and it was a little small , but it has become wider. I wonder if everything has been revived . There are not many food stalls anymore. They only sell snacks. It’s better not to come because of the miracle of food. There are many restaurants around, so you can eat there and then come for a walk and enjoy the atmosphere.I don’t think anyone is buying anything. One last thing. There’s a dessert I want to eat , so I’d like to stop by there and then get back to the car.So that’s the end of the day for today. Here’s the dessert shop.Desserts for 80,000 yen.Delicious eclairs and cream puffs. It tastes delicious . It has passion fruit and mango in it . It’s delicious, but desserts made by French people are delicious . It’s like a fusion of Vietnamese bai mi and French desserts . I could eat it in front of the restaurant, but he’s a good-looking guy. I was embarrassed because there were two French employees there, so for some reason I ended up serving them out because they were delicious. It’s delicious, but I don’t think the expiry date will be long. It’s hot, so it’s melting. It ‘s an adapted version of the Vietnamese dish of Caola and Iso.It’s quite interesting. It ‘s delicious, so please give it a try. Yeah, this is probably the most fashionable buy me stand in Vietnam. It was a very meaningful event for me.In Vietnam , like in Japan, owning your own car is not something you take for granted, but after coming to Vietnam, I was thinking of buying a new car. was one of my goals, so when I took delivery of the car, I was so happy that I posed for it. So many things have happened over the past 10 years, and there have been many times when I wanted to disappear from this world, but I had the guts to do it. I have saved money by working 11 times more just to maintain my job and putting it into debt repayments and work, so I am finally able to produce results that I am satisfied with and I am immersed in deep thoughts. I still have a long way to go, but I’m able to report on things like this thanks to all the viewers who continue to support me, so I want to keep on keeping my spirits up and step up without forgetting "O". So, I hope you enjoy this video as much as possible. If you like it, please give it a high rating and subscribe to the channel. See you soon [Music] Bye [Applause]

    ここの太麺具合はまさにウドンっぽい。
    カオラウ"だけは"専門店で食すべしφ(.. )
    川沿いの席で風も気持ちよさそう☺

    Tran Phu
