57歳にて四国一周サイクリングにエントリーしました。(現在58歳）
連続して走らなくてもいいし3年間の猶予があるので気楽に走れるんじゃないかと思ってエントリー。

不定期、場所もつなげるのではなくあちこち行って走りますし動画アップも不定期です。目標は月一です。
シコイチ第9走
今回は窪川から中村までのライドです。
四万十町から四万十市なんですがややこいので旧名で・・・
約50kmです。ほぼほぼ、下り基調で楽に走れました。
窪川まではクルマで3時間かけて移動でしたが、無料高速のみ使おうと思ったら有料区間に乗ってしまうし、ライドのロガーアプリを起動させるの忘れてクルマで辿りなおしたり、ライド中犬に噛まれるし、いろいろトラブル続きでした。
中村からは土佐くろしお鉄道で輪行。輪行と言ってもそのまま載せられます。要予約
