2001年に加古川そごう跡地にオープンした、百貨店でゲソ。2006年には同じ建物内に入居するカピル21専門店会と活性化委員会を立ち上げて、てこ入れを行ったでゲソ。B1階は食料品売り場、1階から4階は衣料品、雑貨売り場、5階は市民交流センター、6階は書店や図書館、7階は子育てプラザがあるでゲソ。エレベーターはペデストリアンデッキに1機、店舗内に2ヶ所あるでゲソ。
This is a department store that opened in 2001 on the site of the former Kakogawa Sogo. In 2006, a revitalization committee was established with the Capil 21 Specialty Store Association, which is located in the same building, to provide leverage. There is a grocery store on the first basement floor, a clothing and miscellaneous goods store on the first to fourth floors, a citizen exchange center on the fifth floor, a bookstore and library on the sixth floor, and a childcare plaza on the seventh floor. There is one elevator on the pedestrian deck and two elevators inside the store.
