This is a JR Kobe Line station located in Tarumi Ward, Kobe City. Local trains and rapid trains (excluding rapid trains during the morning rush) stop here. It is located directly under the Kobe-Awaji-Naruto Expressway, which connects to the Akashi Kaikyo Bridge, and you can go to the Kosoku Maiko Bus Terminal from the rotary at the north exit. There is one elevator inside the ticket gate.
