1999年、日本化薬福山工場の跡地にオープンした、複合大型商業施設でゲソ。A棟は天満屋、B棟はゆめタウンが核店舗となっていて、施設全体で2つの核店舗がある状態でゲソ。B棟は当初はイトーヨーカドーとしてオープンしたでゲソが、2019年にゆめタウンにリブランドされたでゲソ。エレベーターは天満屋側、ゆめタウン側合わせて4ヶ所にあるでゲソ。
This is a large commercial complex that opened in 1999 on the site of the former Nippon Kayaku Fukuyama Factory. Tenmaya is the anchor store in Building A, and Youme Town is the anchor store in Building B, so there are two anchor stores in the entire facility. Building B was originally opened as Ito-Yokado, but was rebranded to Youme Town in 2019. There are four elevators, one on the Tenmaya side and one on the Youme Town side.
