Next up I sampled Sushi made with local seafood so fresh this is a Sushi Paradise Then I rented a cool sporty bike to go cycling Goat along the Shima namikaido an expressway that stretches 70 kilometers over the settle Inland Sea it has dedicated cycling lanes that take you over sea streets and is the first of its kind in Japan on ikuchi island I stopped by Lemon Valley The region is the largest lemon producer in the country This lemon gelato was fantastic many other citrus fruits are cultivated here as well for the night I stayed at log Hotel a world-renowned architect renovated a 60 year old apartment into stylish accommodations the Chic building embodies the spirit of sustainability and eco-friendliness The dinner here was amazing the hotel’s Cuisine also suggests sustainability is their rule they use local ingredients without wasting anything this green soup is made from mashed green peas and fava beans and the stock is made from their pods You dip meat or fish in the soup to cook and it’s ready The next day I took a walk in the shopping arcade how beautiful the display was it’s like a museum of Japanese food culture that’s it at this shop I found kamaboko boiled fish paste it’s made of fish from the settle Inland Sea using local ingredients and no waste is the rule

They taste so good visit and enjoy Hiroshima
