subang jaya 和 usj 都属大型住宅区 , 而且是相接的, 但是 USJ 比 subang jaya 更大, 也曾经獲得兩次亚洲最佳设计大奖, 規劃得非常好

Actually, subang Jaya is a good area especially SS15 cos there are a fews popular private colleges around there. I used to studied there in SS15 in I ti college.
There are many luxury landed property bangalows and well educate people who english speaking living in Subang Jaya too. Subang Jaya is consider very well know city for local people and the property price consider high too.

已吃过兩次，还可以la. Kelana Jaya 有很著名黄色 chicken 飯. PJ 还有很多好吃 chicken rice with ginger paste

If your friend restaurant isnt selling pork. I will advice him to apply the HALAL certificate so for the muslim people can visit his restaurant also. But there are some rules and regulations that he needs to study if apply HALAL certificate. Cos Malaysian 65% are muslim and malay people enjoy chicken rice too.
Also, he may want to invite or corresponding with( KL Foodies) to promote his restaurant. So more people will aware of his restaurant.

Secondly, cos of that area SS15 is popular as Students area he can offer a Lunch discount for the college students for Inti college, Taylors college, or Sunway college.
