The bus ticket sellers at the bus station are not trustworthy people. Unlike planes and trains, where the ticket sellers are highly trustworthy. The ticket sellers at the bus station are people who belong to each bus, not people from the bus station. All they try to do is sell tickets. There are good bus companies and bad bus companies. It is best to choose the plane. But if you want to take the bus, go online to find out which bus companies have good reviews. If you want your trip to go smoothly, plan ahead. The fruit which you asked about is called Ice Apple/palm fruit ( we call that "Nungu" in Tamil). You should peel off the yellow part and just eat the transparent part. It is usually sweet and juicy and no need for additional sweetners…it s very good to cool off your body in hot climate.
