A travel itinerary to discover the unique and authentic side of Amsterdam. We skipped the busy shopping areas, because we wanted to see Amsterdam as it was, when it was build.

This route follows our bike ride through amsterdam, expect for the canal cruise that we took on another day.

The route starts at central station and then along: “Brouwersgracht, Jordaan, Negen Straatjes, Grachtengordel, Rijksmuseum, Oud Zuid, Amstel, Magere Brug, Zuiderkerk, Begijnhof, Paleis op de Dam”

Many visitors to Amsterdam take day trips to nearby tourist destinations like Keukenhof (end of March till first week of May), the flower fields (also march – may), Giethoorn and Zaanse Schans (windmills and wooden shoe making).

This has been filmed in the summer and autumn.
