Discover Okinawa’s Diverse Beauties | Japan Documentary Journey

A couple of months ago, I explored Nakijin Village, nestled in the Yanbaru area in the northern part of the main island of Okinawa.
Beyond the allure of a picturesque island, there’s a welcoming hostel that fosters connections among people and a garage filled with the childhood dreams of a cool gentleman.
Steering away from the typical marine activities, I’ll introduce the diverse beauties of Okinawa, Japan. Enjoy!

■Sponsored by NiSi Filters
NiSi Swift System lets you quickly assemble several filters: Variable ND, additional ND, Black Mist, etc. In my experience, NiSi’s True Color is the best variable ND filter so far since it doesn’t cause color shifts that much. And I believe the NiSi SWIFT system is such a great option for run-and-gun style.

  1. Thanks for watching the video! Actually, this was my first time visiting the main island of Okinawa. It's a way more beautiful area than I expected, and I definitely wanna come back again.

  2. Amazing video! I went to Okinawa for the first time in october, rented a car and drove around the island for 3 days. Filmed the same long bridge with a drone 😅 It felt completely different than the mainland Japan in some way, only when i returned to Naha it felt familiar to other big japanese cities.

  3. 最高のドキュメンタリーでした!
    ストーリーが最高で、それに加えて、今回の映像の質感も空気感も柔らかく美しかったです。
