今回は、静岡県伊東市のJR伊東駅を出発し、国道１３５号線東伊豆道路、県道１０９号伊東川奈八幡野線を通り、伊豆急線伊豆高原駅までのサイクリングをお届けします。
伊東市は、北部の伊東市街地と南部の伊豆高原地域とで２分される地域です。市街地は、日本国内３位の湯量を誇ります。旅館、ホテルが松川周辺に多くあり、情緒ある景観と自然環境も合間って関東圏の保養地として古来から訪れる人々が多い場所です。
南部の伊豆高原地域は、伊豆急線の開通と共に開発された地域で、緑多く、城ヶ崎海岸、大室山、一碧湖と豊富な自然があり、また美術館や体験施設、おしゃれなカフェなどが多くあり、人々に愛さえれる地域となっています。
自転車という視点で見ると山坂が多くあり、決して自転車に適した環境とは言えませんが、近年の電動自転車の普及より、自転車での散策という観光が普及しています。
伊豆高原駅にある伊豆ポタ、伊東駅にあるゴローゾレンタサイクルでは電動自転車のレンタルが数年前より始まりました。またグレイトネイチャーツアーズでは、ダウンヒルサイクリングというアクティビティがあります。伊東市は天城山から下ると伊豆高原、伊東市街地までほとんど坂がないという地域です。標高１０００mから下り、観光を行うというダイナミックなものです。こちもらとてもオススメです。
今回のるーとは伊豆一周を行う際のコースにもなると思います。

The Izu Kogen area in the south is an area developed with the opening of the Izukyu Line. There are abundant nature such as lots of greenery, the Jogasaki Coast, Mt. Omuro, and Lake Ichijo. , It is an area where people can even love.
From the viewpoint of bicycles, there are many mountain slopes, and it can never be said that the environment is suitable for bicycles. However, in recent years, sightseeing with bicycles has become more popular than the popularization of electric bicycles.
Rental of electric bicycles began a few years ago at Izu Pota Station at Izu Kogen Station and Gorozorenta Cycle at Ito Station. Great Nature Tours also has an activity called downhill cycling. Ito City is a region where there is almost no slope to Izu Kogen and Ito city area when descending from Mt. Amagi. It is a dynamic thing to do sightseeing from 1000m above sea level. This is highly recommended.
