    私が芦原館長に教わったのは肘でリードして中足の部分で回転しろ〜と足裏全体で回転するな〜と教わりました。
    明日の稽古、師範の自転車の理論イメージしてやります。
    踵落としからの攻撃は、アンディが第四回世界大会で、私は日本武道館の最上階で観てましたが、踵落としからローキックで桑島師範から一本勝ちしたのが、強烈でした。まぁ、超満員なのが印象的です。
