『入笠山　初心者のお山歩』
すずらんの群生地でトレッキング。富士見パノラマリゾートのゴンドラでいっきに高原へ移動して入笠湿原、入笠山山頂、大河原湿原をぐるっと周遊する軽登山をやってみました。

相棒のあーねぇは半年前に前十字靭帯(ACL)の再建手術を受けました
今は絶賛リハビリ中！
ヒザ周りの筋力も術前の約70％まで回復してきたので
リハビリを兼ねて山歩きを始めました。
