【林道ツーリング@東栄】大荒れ舗装路/Very rough paved road(Dirt Trail Tour JPN) Vol.193
New video every Friday at 7:00pm(JST) Please subscribe! Now let’s get this week’s Rin2 Ch. started! We’re continuing to explore the trails in Tōei (Kita-Shitara, Aichi Pref.). We’ll take the trail Koiwadake Line. The map says it connects to the Shimoyama Line. Ahead, the map shows a lot of zigzags. He often finds lizards and frogs. It’s impressive how he finds them in places like this. Indeed, these zigzags are quite comfortable. That’s it for the zigzags! What happened to you in such an ordinary place? So, after that, we got onto the Shimoyama Line. I thought it would be more challenging. We came to Mochizuki-touge Pass. Take the Mochizuki-toge line that extends from here! We’ll check out this part of the pass that is not connected on the map! In the trails around this area you see a lot of "Caution" signs. I guess they are for the dump trucks that go by through here. They must be working on weekdays. Even if it’s connected to the other side, I was worried that it might be paved, but surprisingly, it isn’t paved at all. The slope is reinforced with concrete very well though. But then… "Oh, it’s dead end." I knew it was a dead end. Anyway, let’s take a picture at the dead end. Ultraman spacium beam! Now take the other side of the Mochizuki-touge line! I know it’s not connected, but… I just want to know how much farther it needs to go to be connected! At this junction, go left. Oh, that was close! Sorry for the video! Another fine slope reinforcement! It’s surprising that there’s no paving at all. And that’s it! Looking at the log, it’s about 130m left to go. So it was extended much further on both sides than it’s shown on the GSI map. We took a road branching off from (Aichi) Pref. Rd.47, and this is what it looked like even though it was paved. What happened and how it became like this??? Somehow this road isn’t shown on the GSI map at all. But you can see what looks like a dirt trail in the aerial photos. However, there’s a challenge before entering the dirt trail! Well, the road continues, but… it was cut off by a stream that must have been created by a mudslide. Go back. I never imagined the roughest road today would be a paved one. From here, it’s terrible! Out! Everyone’s coming down. He went into the deepest part!
