【浅羽海岸】サーファーたちの隠れメッカ｜袋井市東同笠

浅羽海岸は、東西約6キロメートルにまっすぐ伸びる遠浅の海岸線をもつ。高台の「幸浦の丘」も特徴です。かつては壮大な砂浜と美しい景観を誇りましたが、海岸浸食の影響を受けています。内陸部には高潮対策の堤防や「命山」が築かれました。遠浅の地形と変化の激しい波が全国のサーファーに人気。太平洋岸自転車道も通り、多くの訪問者を魅了しています。
