そして営業が早く終わった日だけは器具を使ったウエイトトレーニングをやります。
時期にもよりますが夏場であればかなりの量の汗をかくので体内から老廃物を出す事によりアンチエイジング効果が望めるかと思います…そう信じたい(笑)。
