瀬戸内で過ごす「気持ちいい」春旅 | 生口島, たけはら町並み保存地区, うだつの町並み

4-day trip to Tokushima, Ehime, and Hiroshima Hello, I’m Akira. So I’m currently in Mima City, Tokushima Prefecture, in Shikoku. I will go around Shikoku with my friend and creator Taro-kun. And this is a place called Udatsu Townscape, where where the townscape was built from the Edo to Meiji eras still remains. The Yoshino River basin, where the Udatsu townscape is located, was once famous as a major producer of indigo. Cute. I bought this. It’s an indigo-dyed key chain. Isn’t it so cute? This indigo dye. True. Each piece had a different pattern. It has a slight gradation and is very beautiful. It’s between these houses. This seems to be called udatsu. Itadakimasu restaurant staff told us a lot about Kamiyama Town. I came here because I heard that there was a large cherry tree called Horiike’s Weeping Cherry Blossom. The weeping cherry tree of Horiike is about 50 years old. The cherry blossoms are planted in private homes, and many people visit every year due to their beauty. Each cherry blossom petal is extremely small. It’s cool. It seems delicious! Good! Soy sauce based soup, Chinese noodles and fluffy eggs. It’s so simple yet so delicious. Where is Saihoji? It’s probably just over there. We came to Saihoji Temple, which offers a panoramic view of the Takehara townscape. Wow, it feels so good. What a nice view! There are many very fine old buildings in the townscape of Takehara, and it seems that the town developed during the Edo period due to the business of making salt. Well, it’s a really nice, quiet neighborhood. I would like to come here again. It takes about 40 minutes by car from Onomichi, so I highly recommend this place because you can see such a quiet and beautiful landscape just by taking a short trip. What is the name of the tonkatsu restaurant? It looks like "gi" but is "yoshi". (義 can be read in both Gi and Yoshi in Japanese.) "Yoshi" that was disguised as "Gi" lol The fillet cutlet So tender! I have the impression that fillet meat can’t be bitten off in one bite, but this one was tender. We went to the rice donut cafe for dessert after lunch. It’s definitely clear what you’re saying. The outside is crispy and the inside is chewy. Oh, it’s not a dango (rice cake)! There are various products made by local craftsmen. This is the plate with donuts on it. Wow, that looks delicious lemon jam. Good morning. where are we now? This is Ikuchijima. We moved to Ikuchijima last night and came to SOIL, which Taro highly praised. Is this an accommodation facility and a cafe? It’s a cafe during the day, a restaurant at night, a side dish shop next door, accommodation on the second floor, and a coffee shop called Overview Coffee in the warehouse. Are restaurants, cafes, hotels, side dishes, and hot springs all affiliated stores? It all ends here. We’re eating breakfast now, aren’t these three kinds? 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 There are two in each area, so there are actually six in total. This vegetable-based menu is delicious. It’s very delicious. I bought croquettes. Good but hot! LOL You can get food like this so you can eat while walking around the shopping district. Lemon butter chicken curry and European-style curry made with red wine. I have an image of butter chicken curry as being quite buttery and heavy, but it has lemon in it and is quite light. A European-style curry made with red wine. I’ll have this too. It’s completely different taste. It’s really rich. I’ll do my best for a really food report. I rented a bicycle. This time, I rented it at a shop near the port for 1,800 yen for 3 hours. I will go around Ikuchijima by bicycle. It’s 3 hours long, so rather than going all the way around, I think I’ll run towards something I want to see on the other side of the island and then come back. The weather is nice and it looks like it’s going to be nice, so let’s go! On Ikuchijima, you can see the works of various artists all over the island called the "Island Art Museum”. I came to Setoda Sunset Beach. This feels good. This piece is titled "To the Sky." The yellow color stands out against the blue sky. The sea in the Seto Inland Sea is beautiful. It is one of the island museums called "Belvedere Setoda". So the reason why I came here is that you can stand on top of that. from the sidewalk is in a Z shape. But I can’t… I didn’t know this, but at low tide, you can climb up those stairs. Unfortunately, I couldn’t ride my bike. But it felt good. oh!!
