1421 [Camping] [4K] Enjoy the nature of Ibaraki all to yourself! Introduction to Nikoniko Camp in Kasama City, Ibaraki Prefecture I’m heading to the campsite. The location is Kasama City, Ibaraki Prefecture. The name is Nico Nico Camp. ■Basic information about the campsite The location will open in 2021. The nature of Ibaraki is all to yourself. It seems like a popular place. This is a unique privately-run and privately-run campground. Basically, you can drive in by car. There are two main types of sites: lower and upper. The lower level is for those who want to enjoy the scenery. The upper section is for those who love nature. There is also a separate mountain stream site. There is a site that collaborates with Youtubers. You can reserve different types of sites. It is not possible to specify a detailed number. We will set up at the open site in the order you arrive. Early check-in is recommended. There are no additional charges. Day trips and overnight camping are available. Day trips start from 2,200 yen. It is from 10:00 to 16:00. Accommodation starts from 4400 yen. This is from 12:00 to 11:00 the next day. Payment is made locally. There is a toilet with a washlet. There seems to be a shower as well. Basically there is no power supply. The tree house and mini house have electricity. Details can be found on the website. ■ Head to the campsite It’s near the campsite. I am concerned that the entrance is narrow. Turn around a little and turn left. Go up the gentle slope. We pass each other on the way up the hill. Go up the hill passing by the houses. An oncoming car has arrived. I was given priority to climb. As I continued into the forest, another oncoming car came. We pull up to the well and pass each other. Go up the hill slowly. There is a sign saying 20 seconds left. We walked through the forest and arrived at the campsite. Follow the main road through the campground. Turn right at the end. Turn right and head to the administration building. Reception is at the front administration building. It will be temporarily parked in front of the management. After completing the reception, head to the upper site. Turn right at the end. Go up the hill slowly. Although it is Sunday, there are many people. Turn right and follow the path. Find an empty spot. I parked in the farthest parking space. We are currently on site 18. This is the site map. The upper auto site has no divisions. The lower auto site is located across the administration building. There is a pet site below. The mountain stream site is on the left. Get out of the car. I think the number of people will decrease if they check out. The view from the mountain is very beautiful. You can see why it’s popular. I will check each site once I have free time. ■Check the upper site We finished our meal by making a bonfire. After checking out, there were fewer people. I’ll clean up the bonfire and then check the site. First is the upper auto site. We are currently on site number 18. The scenery around here looks good. There is a round clay pipe house on the way down the hill. There is an ash dump and Inoue water nearby. The autumn leaves are beautiful around here. Turn right halfway up the hill. There are several large sites. It is near site 11 in the upper center. There is a pet site in the back left. This is my second pet site. This is our third pet site. This is near site number 8. This is site number 43 on the top left. Next to it is site 42. Sites are listed on the left. This is a tree house on the upper level auto site. The bottom right is a dedicated tree house site. There is a toilet and water fountain under the tree house. We will pass by the tree house. There is a mini house nearby. There is a charcoal dump and water available. It’s near site 23. Walk towards the back right. Turn right at the end. The scenery looks good from here too. This area is a Youtuber collaboration site. Are you a frequent user? When you come down the hill, you will see the administration building. There are restrooms behind the administration building. That’s all for the upper auto site. ■Check mountain stream site Next we will head to the mountain stream site. Go through the administration building and head to the left. The building on the right is marked as for sale. You can see the TOKYO CRAFT flag in the lower left. There is an information board. It looks like you can walk to the mountain stream site. The parking lot is in front of the flag. Continue passing by the lower site. The pink building is the toilet. It says that there is a beautiful mountain stream and a 50m promenade. Go down the slope on the gravel road. It felt cool when I went into the shade. It looks cool in summer. I arrived at the end. There is a bathing area in front of the river. You can go directly to the river. Mountain stream site 3 is on the left. You can also access the river from here. Go down to mountain stream site 2. The atmosphere changes with the forest and river. The bottom is mountain stream site 1. You can camp while listening to the sound of the river. Go up the hill and return to the original path. It looks like there is a website above. Water is pumped from here to the campsite. The sunlight filtering through the trees is beautiful. You cannot enter the river above this point. One level above is mountain stream site 4. 5 and 6 are on top of that. Below the original road is a promenade. ■Check the lower site Next, check the lower site. There are K, L, and M sites one level above the main passage. This is the K site. This is the L site. The views from each site are good. Each site is large. There is a water hole at the end of the site. This water is not drinkable. Turn right and go down. The main street is on the right. I, H, and J sites are lined up. On the left is the entrance to the campsite that you drove into. Cross the passage and head straight down. F, E, and D sites are lined up. At the bottom are sites C, B, and A. The lower site looks like a terraced field. ■Check the pet site Check pet sites. This is the second site. Each site is fenced. There is a water fountain for pets. Each site is more extensive. Only jeeps are allowed past this point. I’m walking down the bottom aisle. This is the view from above from the pet site. I arrived at the Youtuber collaboration site. The view from the wooden deck looks good. Each collaboration site is lined up. There is also a collaboration site on the left. I’m back near the main passage. That’s all for site confirmation. ■Check the event Let’s take a look at the TOKYO CRAFT event. Photographed with permission. There will be a display of tents and tarps. Stylish tents and gear are lined up. There was also an exhibition of new tents. Reservations are currently underway. This is a tent for families. A distinctive feature is that vinyl is used for the walls. The bedroom is also spacious and seems like you can relax. The overall design is cohesive. I’m also interested in solo tents. There is plenty of room in the bedroom even for a cot. It has a square and cool design. Above are the details of the event venue.
