4月28日にあてもなく都内までライドしてきたのですが、
内堀通りを立ち寄ってみたら自転車専用になっているではないですか！
これは楽しなければ！
ということでグルグルしてきました
パレスサイクリングという自転車振興のイベントというのを後で調べて知ったのですが、
この日は天気も良く、汗ばむ陽気でとても気持ち良かったです
晴れて若緑で鮮やかな皇居外苑はなんともキレイですね～
