良い点・悪い点Cyberjaya1年住んだ感想。

Hello, this is Masaomi. Today I would like to talk about cyberjaya. Actually, it’s already been a year since I lived in cyberjaya. Time passes quickly. Cyberjaya is located on the way from Malaysia’s international airport to Kuala Lumpur. Distance: 50km

It is a city that you must pass between the airport and Kuala Lumpur. You will arrive in KL in about 30 minutes by taxi. The neighboring town of Cyberjah is Putrajaya. It is famous for the Pink Mosque. Cyberjaya has been called the Silicon Valley of Malaysia. A city that attracts IT companies.

Therefore, it is a city where many IT companies have set up shop. Although it is said to be Malaysia’s Silicon Valley, it is actually quite a rural town. People sometimes joke that I came here often when I went to Kuala Lumpur. Yes, it’s a rural town.

Recently, the number of companies hiring Japanese people has been increasing on Cyberjaya, and some people may find employment at Cyberjaya after watching this video. In fact, I would like to share what I felt after living in Cyberjaya for a year.

We are also filming a video of the grocery items at cyberjaya, so we would like to introduce this on another occasion. Please watch until the end. I think the essential conditions for living are different for each person, but first of all, let’s talk about transportation.

Generally speaking, trains and buses Speaking of trains, a new station was recently opened in Cyberjaya. Since the station was built outside the center of Cyberjaya, it is rarely used for anything other than long-distance travel.

This is because you have to take grabTaxi to get to the station. In that case, it would be easier to just use Grab to get to your destination from the beginning. In that respect, it is difficult to use the train.

Next is the bus.The same thing can be said about buses, you never know when the Malaysian bus will arrive. Time is not kept. Therefore, I basically don’t use the bus. In that respect, the environment is completely different from when I lived in Kuala Lumpur. Trains and buses are no longer available.

So, what do you use when moving around the city? For most people, grab is the only choice. If you don’t have a car or motorcycle, the only option for getting around is basically grab. A bicycle that can be ridden with cyberjaya, which I introduced earlier. Please also refer to this video.

When transporting bicycles, bicycles are parked in various locations and can be rented by the hour. You can rent it in 1-minute increments, so that’s one option. The city was built by carving out a hill, so there are remnants of that, and there are significant differences in elevation.

There are many slopes and I think it is a difficult place to walk. If you don’t have a car, there are three options: Garb, bicycle, or walking. Most people choose Grab.

If you are thinking about finding a job or moving, do you want to live near your company? Do you live near a supermarket? There are two choices. If you don’t cook, we recommend living near your company. By the way, there is only one medium-sized shopping mall in Cyberjaya.

In addition, there is one place that is said to be a shopping center that is not a mall.In other words, when shopping in the city, it is a shopping center or a medium-sized mall. I think it will come down to these two items.

There are also a few other grocery stores, but compared to Kuala Lumpur, the number is overwhelmingly smaller. For those who cook, one option is to live near a grocery store.

As I mentioned earlier, even if you go to the grocery store. Because of the large height differences, I end up using Grab even when I go shopping. It can’t be helped since I have to carry something heavy. It would be best to keep this in mind when searching for properties near grocery stores.

One good thing about Cyberjaya is that there are no traffic jams, so it’s convenient if you drive by yourself. In the KL area, it’s crowded no matter where you go. It’s true. It’s so crowded that it can’t be compared to Japan.

Why is it so crowded? That’s what I think, but there will be traffic jams. In the case of Kualapur, the transportation period is well developed, so using trains and buses is one of the options.

In the case of Cyberjaya, there is no public transportation available, so if you drive by yourself, there will be less traffic jams and it will be more comfortable. I think it’s very comfortable.

2. The road is very beautiful. This may come as a surprise, but since the city was carved out of a hill, it is well maintained. In other words, there is less traffic jam and the roads are clean. This is extremely convenient. 3. A lot of greenery This is

Cyberjaya, which has a lot of greenery, is full of trees and has a lake. The roads are well maintained and it’s a relaxing place to live. The trees in the city are not neglected and are maintained regularly. This is what I experienced after moving from Kuala Lumpur and living there.

4. Rent is cheap. Cyberjaya is said to have gone up in rent, but it’s still cheap. It’s about half the price compared to Kuala Lumpur. I think you can live in a property with similar conditions for about 40% off.

The rent is really cheap. I would like to list some of the disadvantages that my colleagues who have worked in other countries say is cheap . 1. The choice of restaurants is limited. I think that each person has their own values, but for people who basically cook for themselves, this is completely irrelevant.

For example, I think it’s a tough city for people who really want to eat Japanese food or Chinese food. There are several Japanese restaurants, but the number of them is really limited.

Therefore, if you really want to eat a specific dish, you might want to think about it. Please be careful on that point. There are quite a few Malaysian, Indian, and Arabic restaurants, so those who love local cuisine will have no problems.

After all, the number of restaurants is limited, so the options are also limited. 2. Public transportation periods are short. Please consider and act on your own when moving. In my case, I bought a bike. If you buy a bike, it will be comfortable.

A single bike can quickly transform your life into a comfortable one. If you don’t have a means of transportation, you’ll have to grab and go every time you go shopping. When I go to work, I use Grab both to and from work. You will be under financial and time stress. Judge for yourself.

3. Few shops are open at night So let’s summarize. If the bad points I have mentioned so far can be resolved, I think you will have a very comfortable life. There are a lot of trees, so you can spend a relaxing time, and the city is beautiful.

Those who come up with a glittering image when moving to Malaysia or within Malaysia may be disappointed. By the way, there are wild boars and monkeys on the road in front of my office. Think of it as rural. However, I think the city is beautiful and easy to spend time in.

Moving abroad. Ah, nice. For those who want to live in Kuala Lumpur someday, I think it’s different from what you imagine, so I recommend that you start by finding a job or living in Kuala Lumpur. However, although the rent will be twice as expensive, we recommend that option.

In my case, I lived in Kula’s pool for a year, and in Cyberjaya for a year. If you were to ask me which one I would recommend, I would say cyberjaya because overall you can spend a relaxing time there.

Among them, the biggest thing was getting a bike. Therefore, I live very comfortably in cyberjaya. Please judge for yourself. This concludes today’s video. Next time, there is one medium-sized mall in Cyberjaya, and I would like to introduce the grocery items inside. See you again in the next video. It was Masaomi. bye bye
