If you turn right here, you will reach the starting point of the desired Nasu Kaido. It’s here! Yes, this is the way. It was around 20 years ago, right after I got my driver’s license. I happened to run on this road, but it felt so good that I will never forget it.

At that time, I was thinking of coming back someday. If I remember correctly, 20 years ago, the weather was very nice like today. It was a very beautiful day with sunlight filtering through the trees. It was exactly like today. If you turn right here, you will see the express entrance from earlier.

All in all, this road felt great. Now, let’s head to our destination: Nasu Ropeway! I’ll take a little detour. Suspension bridges are a must! I love high places! It shakes so much! (Fun!!) Amazing! (The view is spectacular!!) Now, let’s head to our destination again!

You can go straight here, but the navigation system tells you to turn right. Oh, the scenery is so beautiful! The route search algorithm of the navigation system is set to “prioritize scenery”. Maybe that’s why he guided me through this route. The ropeway is here! Where should I park my bike?

I’ll take a detour again. Let’s climb up to the top. There wasn’t even an empty spot where I could park. Let’s go back to the ropeway. Now, where should I park my bike? I apologize for the inconvenience as there was no space in the parking lot. Don’t forget to check your return time.

No, there’s a fog. It’s completely white and I can’t see anything… unlucky,,,. It seems to take 30 minutes one way. If it’s a 60 minute round trip, you’ll have plenty of time after this, so let’s climb up. *I made a big mistake. To be exact, it was 50 minutes one way.

However, it was completely white and I couldn’t see anything. I can’t see what’s ahead… It’s endless until the top! The road is more difficult than I expected! that? Do you have 25 minutes left? ?

I realized I had made a mistake, but since I had already been walking for 30 minutes, I decided to keep going. Finally, the goal is in front of you. Okay, let’s go down. The clouds only cleared for a few seconds. I’m glad I was able to capture that moment.

And it was a spectacular view. from here. I just walked this far. It was written correctly as 50 minutes. Indeed, it took 50 minutes. Being able to see such a spectacular view makes me feel like I understand a little more about the appeal of mountain climbing. I’ll come back someday.
