【車中泊＆キャンプ スポット 】バイクツーリングもOK！1度は行きたい！ニセコエリアのアウトドアパーク『RVパーク 倶知安／ペトトル倶知安』北海道倶知安町

Reserved RV park area does not allow cooking outside the vehicle, so we used the outdoor park “Petitor Kutchan” which is also an adjacent auto campground. This area is an auto site (all with power supply *Use is on request and charges apply)

The front of the screen is towards Niseko Town, and on the left side is “Mt. Yotei”, also known as Ezo Fuji. Here you can also find camping trailer lodging, rider houses, rider tent sites, etc. The one we used was AutoSight “T-3”.

The site was relatively close to the administration building where the restrooms were located. The building you can see in front is the general reception area, and the front and side of it is the RV park area.

By the way, on this day, Mt. Yotei, which was supposed to be visible, was hidden in the clouds. However, as I was preparing, I could just see the head of Mt. Yotei! Camping while listening to the chirping of birds in this location can only be described as the best.

It’s not just humans that can enjoy it; there’s also a large dog run, so dogs can enjoy it too. This is the “dog run”. There is enough space for even large dogs to run around. It seems like our dogs had a lot of fun too.

It’s mid-July, but the birds are chirping, which makes you think of spring. Drinking beer in such a climate is the best! Now, let’s take a look at the administration building. It seems that this administration building is attached to Rider House.

There is a garbage station next to it, and black and gray tanks can be disposed of (with dedicated drainage).In the administration building, there is a coin laundry and dryer.Toilets are separate for men and women, and have Western-style heated toilet seats and washlets (available 24 hours)

There is also an “outdoor sauna” here (I will introduce it later).It requires a reservation and requires a separate fee, but it is irresistible for sauna lovers. The next day, I was shown the inside of the trailer, which I will introduce later.

The power source for the site is “2 AC outlets” and the fee is 500 yen separately.We enjoyed our last night in Hokkaido leisurely, eating Genghis Khan and looking toward Mt. Yotei hidden in the clouds. .

At night, the lighting inside the campsite was good, and there was no eerie feeling that sometimes occurs at campgrounds, and it was a comfortable and calm environment. The night ended, but Mt. Yotei was still in the clouds even in the morning. LOL And then, as we were eating breakfast,

A red fox suddenly came near us out of nowhere! Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to take a video of it, but I guess this is also typical of Hokkaido campgrounds. I felt such a small emotion. Now let’s take a look inside the sauna! The staff provided us with guidance.

Inside the sauna facility, there is a changing room with toilets and showers, and once you leave the men’s and women’s changing rooms, the toilets and showers become a shared space for men and women. And if you’re lucky, you can see Mt. Yotei from the window while you’re in the sauna room.

Some unlucky person is taking a video. However, in this environment, it seems like you can comfortably “get in shape” in the sauna! Next, let’s take a look inside the camping trailer! We don’t often get a chance to see the inside of such a nice camping trailer, so we’re excited too.

It feels like a stylish pension or resort hotel. You can live normally. There is a home air conditioner, TV, and of course heating, so it can be used all seasons. This trailer can sleep up to 6 people and is often used by families with children as well as groups.

The refrigerator has a freezer and is large enough to hold enough food for two to three nights. During the winter, some people stay in this trailer while going skiing and snowboarding in nearby Niseko. In fact, it’s cheaper than staying at a hotel!

Accommodation rates in winter in the world-famous Niseko are said to be quite expensive. The accommodation fee for this camping trailer (American type) is 18,000 yen (from 2 people) during normal seasons, and 22,000 yen (from 2 people) during peak seasons, with an additional charge for each additional person.

By the way, this trailer is fully equipped with tableware. It seems that all the tools for BBQ are also available. Those are also included in the price. Charcoal, firewood, and ingredients required for BBQ are separate, but can be purchased at a nearby supermarket. Of course, there are showers equipped with trays

, but considering the water pressure, it may be more comfortable to use the toilets and showers in the administration building. Isn’t it more comfortable than home? However, the winters in this region are extremely cold and snowy (temperatures as low as -20 degrees Celsius)

, but staying in a camping trailer in such a snowy landscape is sure to be a lifetime memory. You can also deploy an awning during the hot summer months. It would be so much fun to put out chairs and tables here and have a BBQ or drink a cold beer!
